in 1956, Institute of Building Mechanization （CABR/M）is
a specialized research organization for new technology application, new
product development and standard administration of construction
machineries, elevators and mechanized construction technique. Combined
with Building Institute of Construction Machinery of Ministry of
Construction in 2002, Beijing
Academy of Building Mechanization has been formed by two
Institutes integrally. which belong to China Academy of Building
Research. The addresses of Academy are in two places: Beijing（BICM）
and Langfang（CABR/M）,
